Polar Bear Hockey
**Hockey Sign Up**

The Polar Bear Hockey Club will be having player registration at the Pat O'Donnell Civic Center September 27th and September 28th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm.

**NEW RULE THIS YEAR: PLAYERS MUST PRESENT A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION**
